Customized products, perishable goods, personal care & hygiene items, and products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page cannot be returned.
9. How long does it take to get a refund?

10. How will I receive my refund for COD orders?
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
